I'm currently in South Africa on a tourist visa. My wife and kids are South African nationals. I am due to go back to my home country as per my tourist visa on the 4th of June. I want to try and obtain a spouse visa and not travel. Do you think that's possible? If not, would I be able to leave, go back to my home country for a week or two, and then come back on another 90-day tourist visa and then apply for via VFS?

We are planning to relocate here full time and I am British.

Any help or advice on this would be much appreciated
