How would you deal with the admissibility of expert evidence in i) criminal and ii) civil advocacy?
Any clever people that can help me please do!

Does anyone else think some of the IHW advocacy mocks are completely ridiculous? I've just done one that required 4 separate tasks (summary, going through the elements of the offence, bad character inadmissibility, hearsay inadmissibility) and had 7 attachments. All of this apparently done at the first hearing in the Crown Court - including going through the elements required for the conviction, which simply would not be done at first hearing. Oh, and prep time still 45 mins.
This is completely out of whack with what the SRA sample advocacy asks for. Anyone got any guidance? Past sitters?
Past sitters who scored 1s/2s on the law for particular stations - how significant was your mistake?
