Sitting on a Kroll settlement notice. I've never been able to find. Worth over $5,000.

I only know the details because the notice came by email, so I actually opened it. If it had been physical mail, it would have sat unopened like the rest.

I contacted Kroll early on and asked them to help locate her. They said they'd try. Months later, I'm still getting updates addressed to her, which tells me they didn't.

Deadline is the 22nd.

At this point I'm out of ideas. Has anyone here actually gotten Kroll to move on a skip trace, or found a workable path to locate a claimant before a deadline like this?
