Advice on high milage 2015 218d

Hello, I was hoping for some advice from people who have had experience with buying and owning a high milage bmw.

I'm looking at a 2015 218d with 95k miles on the clock. It's got shocking service history with only 4 services on the idrive and no receipts as it was bought by the dealer at an actuation.

I know I will have to money into the car. I'm just wondering if I have accounted for everything that I need to account for. Currently my "worst possible case scenario" if the car was abused, is full clutch and flywheel replacement, timing chain replacement (although its got a B engine so im hopefull even with terrible maintanance it might not have gotten that far?), DPF and EGR replacement if the car has been doing short trips and suspension work. Is there anything else I will likely need to do?

In conclusion, is this a terrible idea? I'm leaning towards yes it is but was just wondering what people's experiences have been. Thanks a lot
