I will be there on a business trip in the downtown area, is a 5 min walk hell with the humidity and heat? Is it safe enough to walk at night as a women? And what is there to do in Houston? For a first time visitor

So I had the labiaplasty 5 months ago, it’s a basic technique. She basically cut the longer parts with surgical scissor and stitched them. Now I wanted to keep something and not completely remove everything. One labia is originally thicker at the base, and longer than the other and has more skin towards the clitoris but I didn’t want CHR cause I was afraid of the complications. So now my labia still looks asymmetrical, and because she cut them in a straight line, they healed a little wonky, and the thicker labia is looking lumpy and thick. Is there a way to fix this, can the labia’s thickness be reduced?? Also can a fat transfer to outer labia cover all this? Unfortunately I’ve only heard of filler used there in my area and I’m scared it won’t be a wise choice
Please advise
