Hi,
I bought a second-hand graphics card (Radeon RX 6600) for my older system, which had previously been thoroughly tested with 3DMark on the old system. Since installing it, I’ve been experiencing constant crashes (nothing works anymore, hard reset). These crashes happen very quickly under full load (after 3–4 minutes at the latest, sometimes even after 10 seconds) and occasionally during normal use (YouTube, Excel (1–2 hours)). I uninstalled the old graphics drivers beforehand with DDU, installed the latest graphics drivers and updated the BIOS to the latest version. I had an issue with the AMD PSP Device in Device Manager (I’m not familiar with it), so I uninstalled it and Windows sorted itself out – the exclamation mark is gone. No unusual temperatures (GPU & CPU never above 50°C), all fans are working. The power supply is oversized.
Processor AMD Ryzen 7 1700
RAM Corsair Vengeance 16GB DDR4
Storage 512 GB SSD Samsung 860 EVO; 2 TB SSD SanDisk
Graphics card AMD Radeon RX6600 8GB
Motherboard MSI A320M Pro-M2
Monitor Dell U3415W, 3440x1440
Power supply be quiet Straight Power11, 700W
Does anyone have any ideas and can help?
