Start of Hybrid Training - 40m/ 210lbs
Looking for someone to talk to about hybrid training.
For context: been consistently going to the gym for the past 2 years but started to see huge improvements this year once i dialed down on nutrition ( cal deficit and hitting protein goals). Lost 30 lbs so far, malayo pa pero malayo na.
This week i started the couch to 5k program as well because i want to be a hybrid athlete.
