I'm someone who's ran in college and just recently has been trying to use new training apps like Runna. I've seen it about a million times on my explore page on Instagram, and finally tried using it about 3 months ago to train for a 5K. Honestly, I've been a little disappointed, as the plan is very static and doesn't really change at all with my life (for ex. if I miss a run due to work, it doesn't adjust anything for the next week and keeps going), and also doesn't seem to use any real context into my fitness or injury risk. It asked what I can run a 5K in now but honestly I had not ran one for a while prior and really had no idea, and doesn't take in any health data to see how I'm actually feeling. Does anyone else feel the same? I've actually gotten so fed up I started creating my own app that actually builds more personalized training, but I wanted to know if my annoyances with Runna are felt by other people?

Created a new training platform (think Runna but way more personalized) focused on adaptive training and injury prevention, and looking for people to beta test it (TOTALLY FREE) to help give us feedback.

It uses the data from your smartwatch to make you really personalized plans that adapt weekly to your life and level of injury risk for 1600m through Marathons.

Comment or DM me if interested, thanks!
