A while back, someone here posted a real-time satellite tracker visualization. The account’s gone now and I haven’t been able to find the original, but it stuck with me.
Seeing the screenshot of the site changed how I think about the night sky; it made me realize just how crowded low Earth orbit actually is.
I ended up spending a few weeks building my own version to recreate that same feeling. Still a work in progress, but yeah… now I can’t look up at the sky the same way anymore. And i would love to hear your opinions.
