~5 years in digital marketing, no degree (was in school for 4 years though 😅). Feeling a little lost career-wise, both roles have been in such specific industries and very small teams (in my current role I'm the only marketing person at a small practice, in my last role I was one of 3) -- wondering if the best move is to look at agencies, and if this resume would work for that.
