According to an official document from the Court of Justice of São Paulo, a 30-day temporary arrest has been decreed for Melquisedeque de Lima Galvão Ferreira, within the scope of an investigation conducted by the 2nd Court of Crimes against Children and Adolescents.
The warrant is based on provisions of the Brazilian Penal Code that include:
- Art. 147 (Threat): Threatening someone, causing fear or intimidation.
- Art. 154-A (Hacking): Unauthorized access to electronic devices.
- Art. 215-A (Sexual Harassment): Practicing a libidinous act without consent.
- Art. 217-A (Rape of a vulnerable person): Sexual acts involving minors under 14 or vulnerable persons.
According to information circulating so far, the investigated person has reportedly turned himself in to the authorities and is currently held in Manaus.
