Hi everyone quick question. I am right now trying to create a cake batter favored ice cream.

My current recipe is

2 Cups 0 Fat Fairlife
1/4 cup monkfruit
1/4 tsp xantham gum
2 tbsp McCormick Cake Batter Extract

I first run it in light ice cream and then respin.

Problem is, I can almost barely taste the flavor which is odd because I told 1.5tbsp is where the flavor gets intense. Does anyone know why this might be and does anyone have tips? Thank you
