Ex Husband collects SSDI. I'm 63 and we were married 7 years, then divorced, then 2 years later lived together for 5+ years as we had a minor child. We live in No common-law marriage CA. What docs might SSA consider that we were living as a family for those 5+ additional years? Thank you kindly!
