If I attend two summer term courses of 6 credits each. Can I drop two electives in my upcoming semester?

As far as I know, we are supposed to get two gala dinners each semester. Due to the LPG shortage, when certain items were removed from the mess menu, they promised an additional gala dinner to compensate. That should bring the total to three this semester.
So far, we’ve had one after the midsem exams and another during our respective hostel days. With summer vacation approaching quickly, do you think they will provide the remaining gala dinner before the break, or humara kat gya??
