Chime chat support refers my issue to calling customer support services meanwhile neither chat or phone call can explain why I haven’t received any entries for the sweepstakes after meeting all requirements it’s so unfair not getting to participate at a Chance to win and no employee for chime can resolve the issue just so frustrating to have to deal with online banking overseas workers this was my whole reason to bank with physical banking institutio real people who don’t stop until the problem is solved
