I was following multiple guides on how to win on mega brutal with the xenolith. For some reason though my research Meter is ALWAYS at least 20% ahead of the one in the guide videos. Why? I do not know. Maybe it is because the humanity reaction with xenolith is randomized to an extent(who thought thats a good idea). Also why do some countries have the disruptors actiovated when progress is at ca 30%?? What the fuck
