Loving being back on Zwift - just got a Zwift Cog on my Wahoo and found that whilst doing my workout plan, that I’m struggling to quickly ascertain my wattage.

I feel like I intially hit what wattage I want correctly and start settling into a cadence (think sprints), the wattage drops and then have to go through the same process for another 10-15 seconds before I finally bed in. This won’t be good for short intervals! Is this ERG mode that’s doing it? Any ideas? Happy to hear that it’s down to me, and that I need to adjust, but also wanted to make sure I wasn’t being stupid!
