A little help! I am being in a crisis
I accidentally transfered an amount of 700£ to the wrong person due name matching with the name of the landlord M D HALL AND M D JACKSON. I have mistakenly sent M D Hall the rent pay. Because I know him because I already lent him 20£ his bank account was there registered in my natwest payee. The issue is I messaged him then he ignored all messages then blocked me, after that I went to his workplace; he told me his bank account was closed and he no longer used Barclays. He uses monzo now. However the bank told me he is laying because the payment did not bounce back for 14 days now. Then I messaged him and he said this that he would log me with the police for harrasment. I don't know guys is asking for my money back means harassing him? I already submitted a claim via my bank to reclaim it after the Receipent refused to cooperate and the bank told me it's not garaunteed
