Hi everyone, I'm new to production cels and was wondering if I could get some help valuing this original Goofy signed by Frank Thomas and Ollie Johnston w/ COA. The COA says 'Circa Unknown' but I can't help but assume it's from the 1940 production "Billposters" after watching the beginning of the film. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pQ6rHf8mG0s&t=4s
