Okay so, my husband and I watch an hour of the show Benidorm every night. There's a character who switches between being Les and Lesley. It uses outdated language that is a bit ick today but I love watching it. When he's Les he uses male pronouns and when he's Lesley she uses female pronouns. The person playing the character uses he/him pronouns and is cis. When I'm talking about the character to joke with my husband, do I use the characters pronouns that the character is currently using or Tim Healy's pronouns. I may be overthinking it. Is it the same rules as for Drag performers? Sorry I'm naive (section 28) and I don't have any trans friends never mind one that has experience on TV. Sorry if this was rambling
