DHPT on eagle set with Fei

Is DHPT with eagle set troll? I have E2 Fei, E1S0 Ash, E1S1 Tribbie and I feel like DHPT could get them even more ults at the cost of shields.

Is it worth the swap? How good is it?

What build is better?

Fei is on windset.

My team is E2S1 Fei, E1S0 Ashveil, E1S1 Tribbie, and E1S0 Aventurine.

Also, Is DHPT better than Aven? Thanks in advance.
