Is there an explanation for this? Or just association habit? I’ve heard from so many people they only crave nic when drunk and I agree and am curious

Just hit 1 week on 150 mg. I am wide awake at night, often staying up past 2am to get up at 7 for school. I’m tired right when I wake up but I feel fine the rest of the day and am buzzing and wide awake all night. I take at 730 am each morning. How can I fix this??
