How do people want to be loved?
Is love about words? Time? Effort? Loyalty? Reassurance? Or is it about understanding someone in the way they silently beg to be understood? I admit there are moments when I overthink. Moments when I ask myself if I’m loving him correctly too. Am I reassuring enough? Understanding enough? Soft enough? Am I becoming someone safe for him emotionally?
People often say, “If he loves you, you’ll know.”
So I’m writing this not because I already know the answer, but because I genuinely want to hear from others.
