100 days on reta down 57

222lbs to 165lbs. Im 5'7. I've struggled with weight my entire life, eating to heal every bad thing to happen in my life and not ever being told how bad it was. After losing and regaining the same 20lbs for months, I finally looked into the mirror and told myself it has to stop or I'd be miserable the rest of my life. I learned about Reta, and I never went back. My first ever dose was January 27th, and I've been doing it once a week ever since. It helped me learn portion control and proper dietary restriction. The first month, I was really intense with my diet. I cut all sugar, all fast food, and all processed food. I was in a large deficit even at my weight, but I was very desperate to loose which looking back now, wasn't mentally or physically healthy. Some days, I wouldn't even eat, only water and electrolytes. I ended up being okay since I had enough fat stored, but it's not something I can safely do now that I am smaller. That first month I lost 30lbs from how intense I was going and the last two months I increased my calorie and protien intake but did a little more cardio and lost around 15ish lbs each month for the last two. I do have a lot of loose skin and stretch marks from losing so fast mainly around my tummy area, it isnt as noticiable when im standing up right like in that photo, I should've been more mindful when getting into it but now I know and am working on strength training to help tighten up my core.
