Thought I'd let you guys know I'm selling Spain vs. Cabo Verde tickets in Atlanta. Not scalping. Selling for about 15% above what I paid for just so I can break even after FIFA takes their cut. Category 1 in Atlanta. I listed them for 594 USD. Expect to pay 15% above that, as that would include about 15% buyer fee charged by FIFA (scamming both ways). Thought I'd share here if anyone is interested in tickets that are not a complete scam.

I'd also be happy to simply transfer the tickets for what I paid for, at 500 USD each, but only if anyone can suggest a non-risky way of doing that.
