Hello there, total newbie here! This is coming from someone who happened to stumble upon QGIS while attempting to create an aeronautical chart. I've only recently downloaded it and a plugin (Shape Tools) but it requires an input layer to be run. My plan is to create 2 circles in centered in an airport but from different coordinates (I also want to know how to change the coordinate system to Longitude and Latitude). Furthermore, are there any ways to create a proper heading as each circle has a radial within them and I want it to be correct. Of course, there's the lines, adding text, and olpacity. Thank you!
