Hi I am a scholar of religious studies, and I love children’s media. I recently had an idea to create a children’s book introducing kids to various religions. I haven’t come across many good “early reader” books about world religions, and I think it’s important to introduce kids early to the world they live in. I was hoping I could get feedback from people on here about what the most important aspects of their faith/religion are. Like if you were to describe your beliefs to your own child or any young child what would you say? What are some key words you think of when you think about your faith? I’d love to get direct feedback for faith practices that aren’t my own, as I value that over relying on scholarly descriptions.
