I need to write a Playwright test that verifies login with Google and Sign in with Apple works. What's the recommended approach?

Do you drive the real OAuth flow with a test account, or mock the auth and inject a session/token? Any tips for dealing with 2FA, CAPTCHAs, or Apple's automation restrictions?
