A most peculiar merchant has arrived all the way from the Sand Sea, one that sells stones fished from the stars. At least that's what she says. Tashi said that she learned this trick while growing up in Abin-Kar, where this practice was common. Her skin and eyes were forever altered due to exposure to cosmic energies however.

People are drawn to her for a number a reasons. She's a snakefolk with a magnetic personality, inviting you to stories, a game of cards, some coffee or tea and of course her peculiar merchandise. At first glance these stones and crystals seem regular, picking them up though reveals strange properties such a vibrations, cold and warm luminous cores, sometimes metals and magnetic forces.

She wouldn't show her comet fishing skill to anyone, but on occasion at night, she would gift children small and warm wishing stars, if they behave.

Maybe by fate, bad joke, another happenstance or miracle, two mannequins with luminous items for head just woke up in one of the carts at night. The two curios looking figures are well mannered and jovial, dressed sharply like upper class gentlefolk.
Next thing you know they've set up shop among the other merchants. What do they sell? Lights, as in lamps, lanterns, luminous staves of interesting designs. Not always you look for a light, especially during the Tournament of Champions, but several folks did buy some light fixtures for their homes.

So by some happenstance, providence, bad luck and/or logistical error, there was a dormant frost lich inside the caravan. Naturally, reactions were from shock to terror, but after seeing what he was doing in the back, folks were now confused.
With some finely carved sticks, milk, butter, sugar, fruits and magic he created these delicious and cool sweets that he called: Ice Cream. He also presented himself as Frignunson

While spirits have calmed down, several merchants were understandably mad because the lich used supplies from them without asking. So now he must pay up for the stolen ingredients.

Thankfully, the weather at the Tournament of Champions is pretty hot and folks do need some cool foods. People still wonder why a frost lich would create ice creams in the first place, but no one is complaining. Children really love his deserts!

For the two-man skirmish: The Nero Brothers.
Vitorio Nero, duelist and swordfighter, nimble and precise, his movement and attacks mimic that of a deadly dance.
Mecurio Nero, little less showy than his brother, his is trained in hand-to-hand combat with a more exotic and brutal fighting style.

For the jousting competition: Windmill Knight Don Quixote
Legendary cavalier, terror of all windmills, vanquisher of serpents and protector of the coast, this old knight has come to prove his worth and status.

For the archery competition: Ranger Camille Deval of Ordo Garou
A slayer-in-training, the ranger's hunting prowess and usage of the crossbow has giving her renown and recognition as an expert markswoman.

For the maze run: Hugin of House Morrigan
Stalker of the raven house in Carcosa, her training in stealth, acrobatics and thinking on the fly makes her the perfect candidate for this challenge. Don't get startled by her eyes, unless you're in the dark.
