Can I break my lease? Roaches before move in.
Just curious if anyone thinks I’d actually be successful in breaking my lease, due to roach infestation since move in last July 2025. Iv documented all our emails and complaints iv sent her. But what makes me feel like I actually have a chanc, is in our last conversation she said
“The building was not being properly treated before I came onto property at all, and it allowed the population to grow out of control. I was not even aware of the volume of the issue at my arrival time. I have been making a lot of progress, but I want to be transparent in saying, I cannot guarantee I will be able to fully eradicate them any time soon.”
I mean fuck she basically saying there’s nothing that can be done. I also have emails and pictures dating from last year when I signed my lease. Just curious what anyone thinks. I just want to be done with this disgusting apartment.
