I love having fresh flowers at home it genuinely makes me feel calm and happy. I’ve been buying them every other week from like Jewel-Osco, Whole Foods, and Mariano’s, and I’ve tried different types too. They look and smell amazing at first, but by day 7–8 they start dying, which feels like a waste given how expensive it gets.

I know plants are the more “practical” option, but it’s just not the same for me fresh flowers hit different 😭

So I’m wondering: Any spots in Chicago where flowers are cheaper and last longer? Any tips to make them last beyond a week?

Trying to keep my little joy without burning my wallet lol 🌸
