I’m looking to get opinions on a tattoo artist you guys would recommend for scar cover ups? Not super interested in floral designs, but open to Mandela-ish designs? I want to stay around the Mankato area but am willing to travel an hour or so, I don’t really want to go to the cities. Thank you!!
