I need your advice I filled an amended charge , which includes religious , race and national origin also retaliation It has been more than 170 calendar days . I was told by my lawyer that the employer should respond with a position statement. I am not sure what to do .can some give their opinions on how this works . You charged it pending with eeoc .we still have not received a Ps from the employer . I still work for the employer by the way
