I’m 27 otherwise healthy I have been suffering with acid reflux for couple years anyway last year April of 2025 I started having pain under my left rib which is stabbing gnawing very uncomfortable pain literally when I drink or eat I feel exactly the spot it hurts when it goes into my stomach and it makes it hurt even more anyway it disappeared after October for couple months and then came back again march of this year 2026 it feels the same very annoying very painful gnawing can feel the pain from deep breath cough or when I do exhausting things and movements I’m pretty scared it’s a ulcer which will perforate I’ve started taking cabbage juice 2 times day for 3 weeks and it hasn’t really done anything can somone tell me does this sound like gastritis or ulcer or more like a type of cancer I HAD ENDOSCOPY December of 2023 which was clear with a 3cm hiatus hernia and what can I do to stop the pain as sometimes I goes for couple days or day and then comes back

So I gambled and lost £1136 I had no idea I was self excluded on that casino yet I was allowed to create another bet for over 30 hours and lost £1136 they closed my account after 30 hours saying this “Hello there

am I entitled to be refunded I believe I have strong case as I was allowed to create account with same exact details name dob card and also stopped only after losing money and after 30 hours nearly 2 days their systems should have stopped me immediately and this is what I’ve written an additional and serious concern. My original account with your platform was self-excluded. Despite this, I was able to register a new account, deposit funds, and gamble a total of £1,136 before any action was taken.

This should not have been possible.

Allowing a self-excluded individual to open a new account, deposit funds, and gamble represents a clear failure in these controls and in your duty of care.

They said they won’t refund me and that I can take the complaint to stage one which I did and will go to a higher up team what do you think are my chances
