in 2019 i joined MNC company in non it and after that in 2021 i got offer from startup for IT role so i requested MNC company to give me emergency exit as per health condition I mentioned but they don’t accepted it
so I absconded from MNC and joined startup on July 26th 2021
but my mnc reliving letter show oct 17th 2021 as my lwd
and my new company start date is July 26th 2021
now there is almost 3 months overlap between July to oct in 2021
but my payslips show
july full salary from mnc
july 26th salary started from startup
august 22days from MNC company 8 days lop
august full salary from startup
september full lop from MNC company
september full salary from startup
now my patslip shows like this
mnc is not accepting to change the last working day
what can i do
will mnc companies accept my candidat like TCS EY LTM companies
