Going back to work!

Had a remote wfh job for the first 8m of my daughter’s life and then it got to be too much with the role I was in. I left the work force in Oct 24- and now in June ‘26 I am headed back to a new company / new role.

My daughter is 2.5.

What’s working for you guys? Would like to try my best to keep her home. Any advice or tips or words of encouragement welcome 😚

This role is not meeting or call heavy which is why I accepted it. (My previous role was very meeting heavy / very call heavy)

Almost 2.5 yo dropped nap

Hey yall

Our gal will be 2.5 in June and for the last two weeks has NOT NAPPED. omg for the first few days I was like wow this is a fluke, so weird, surely she will nap again. She has not.

Normal day:
Up at 7- down around 12/1230
Normally napped for 90 mins in middle of the day.
Up again around 130/2
Down for bed by 730

Then she started waking around 6-630 - hated that for us

So we pushed nap and bed time 30 mins

And now here we are. No nap- up at 630- down for bed at 7.

Is she really done here? I wasn’t ready yall.
