my boyfriend sent me the faye valentine skin and it’s not in my archive, I’ve restarted everything, and we’ve had each other added for over a month! It’s been a couple hours, should I wait to contact epic games? Does anyone have experience with this or have they gotten their V bucks or skin/bundle back?
