Should I go on Reta?

Hi guys,

I know Reta has recently become a very well known weight loss peptide and a lot of people are talking about how great it is. However, I’m not sure how safe it is when all you want is very mild weight loss. I’m not obese, I weigh 56kg, 18yo female, and all I want is to lose that “last 5kg” or something around that and most importantly tone up and avoid looking puffy.

I’m not sure if it may be too extreme of a choice and I should rather continue going the natural way of just working out and staying in a calorie deficit, however I have recently noticed I have an increasing amount of food noise. Of course, the fast results I’ve seen everywhere are also what is very tempting. However, I would probably only take a small dose and not for a long period amount of time. Like I said before, what I’m looking for is losing a few kgs, getting to that 50-52kg mark and toning up, particularly my main insecurities are some lower belly fat and thigh fat. I’d also like to achieve this quite quickly.

Another one of my concerns is that I have prothrombin mutation (increased risk of blood clotting) coming from my dad’s side and I was wondering if reta could negatively effect that or by any chance increase the chance of blood clots for me. On another non medical note, I’ve heard of the whole “reta butt”, and that it flattens your glutes a loooot.

I have done some research but of course, I’m not as educated about it as others who have been taking it for a long time, so I just wanted to ask if you think it is a good idea for my case, or if it’s far too extreme and whether it could potentially be dangerous due to my prothrombin mutation.

Thanks so much
