Second loaf feedback

ingredients:
450g white bakers flour + 50g wholemeal flour
350g warm water + 100g starter
10g salt + 25 g hot water

Method:
Put flour in large bowl. Mix the 350g water and 100g starter together
in smaller bowl, then pour into flour.
Cover and rest 60 minutes.
Mix salt and water together, then add to dough and mix together until the salt is all mixed in
Cover and leave for 20 minutes.

First fold. Leave for 30 minutes
Second fold.
Leave for 30 minutes
Third fold.
Leave for 60 minutes
Fourth fold.
Leave for 60 minutes

First shape.
Leave for 30 minutes

Second shape. Into floured proving basket and into fridge over night for 12 hours.

Bake in Dutch oven at 250 degrees (c) for 20 min, remove lid and return to oven for 16 minutes.

Does this look under/over proved?
The dough got stuck in the proving basket which made it come out misshapen but unsure if there is a problem with my shaping technique because the loaf has a few large bubbles inside?
