Received eval back and I’m in band 2. Have pt this weekend. I passed the practice pt a couple weeks ago. I’m trying to improve my numbers lately and it’s been working.
Now Just worried about the background investigation and one bad mismanaged manager and delivery job I worked for. Place had zero rule book and just made things up as they went. Also if a customer called and complained about and associate they would get punished regardless even if it was false which was most of the time. Really crappy on the jobs part. I had one customer complaint out of 1000 deliveries and they acted like it was the end of the world. So hopefully the investigator sees there poorly managed or understands my side when they talk to me and the one manager.
All other jobs were great though and managers are providing great references so hopefully that overshadows the one crappy managed place since it seems like they don’t care about there employees at all.
