So I am not sure I AP(ed) or not hard to tell if it was a dream or I was having an OB. I was very much in control of things but I didn’t see myself lying there, but I was immediately in a setting like a beach and there were other people/entities there. I was very aware and thought I was just having a lucid dream. Still excited to have achieve that but then one of the entities looked right at me and I could see writing on their shirt but not in English (I’m English speaking). Even in other dreams I could never read any kind of writing or words. So that part was cool and I was like I’m def lucid dreaming. But then a second entity looked at me and bam I was awake! Freaking out but excited. I wanted back in and tried but nada.

Later that day while at work, I was ending my 3rd zoom call (mandated camera on) and a colleague said “hey what’s with the face”. I was like huh what face. We all laughed it off but i was annoyed he called me out for something I didnt do. So i went back through the video recap and sure enough i made a random ass dramatic face. Eyes wide, mouth clinched. No was even talking to me so I was not reacting to anything. The situation bother me for hours. Then later that day im standing in the kitchen making coffee i feel the face and without any warning i start speaking a language ( assuming it’s a language at all ) i have never heard before. It wasnt scary just confusing as F. I kept saying to myself “what the F are you saying .. what … stop that” this went off and on randomly for a good 5 mins.

Post that and even to this day I have these random out bursts. Full on discussions it seems. Sometimes it sounds like and language and others it sounds like gibberish. I have since accepted it but I can’t do it on demand. I wanted to show my wife but I can’t make it happen when I want. I have even tried to record it but every time I try and get my phone to record it, it stops and I can’t get it back.

As far as my AP still not sure I have done it successfully yet. Been off and on with Lucid dreams but never able to get back to that beach

Would love any thoughts or advice.
