Salary Trend for CS in India (with Location and Type of Industry)
I have been discussing and looking for salary ranges in person, online, job apps etc. but what I found is that there are great dissimilarities in Income trends (Specifically in Jobs, not in practice as it is hard to get an appropriate and credible number).
A lot of people who are working for 3 to 4 years are still stuck on 6 to 8 LPA while in the same city freshers are getting 9 to 12 LPA.
Some people with experience of 7 to 10 years making 10 to 15 LPA and some making 30+.
I want to ask people already employed as CS,
what are your or your friends current compensation (actual not averages),
How much experience do you have and specifically of what type like, general secretarial, audit, M&A, FEMA, Listing, Labour law, ESG etc.
What other qualifications and certifications do you have.
What is your city
What is your type of Industry like, CS firm, CA firm, Big4, Law firm, private group companies, unlisted public companies, Listed, Banks, GCCs, KPO, Market intermediaries and other companies like Mutual Funds, Brokers etc.
