Hello, folks What are we doing to help our skin shrink as much as possible as we lose weight? I am in menopause, so my skin's elasticity is not what it once was. I can already tell my skin feels looser and I've only lost 36 pounds. I need to be doing ALL THE THINGS. Things I am aware of:

  1. Weight training: helps fill you out with muscle while you are losing fat.

  2. Astaxanthin: a lot of folks said has been great for their facial wrinkles, and a few folks recommended for helping skin bounce back.

  3. Drinking lots of water: seems like a no-brainer.

  4. Taking collagen: I take the one that is for muscles and joints, but maybe I need to also take the one for skin and hair?

  5. HRT: just throwing this in here so that all the responses aren't suggesting this. I already got this one on board.

What am I missing? Cocoa butter? Saunas? IDK.

Thanks for sharing what has worked for you!
