



Word of caution with Koel
Hey y’all. Been having a terrible experience with Koel and wanted to share to save you a future headache.
I ordered these a month back and they came in all scuffed up (they look worse in real life than in the photos) and not in new condition. I thought no problem, they have good customer service, right?
Wrong. The responsiveness I experienced before ordering disappeared. It took multiple emails before I got a response and they had me send them back and said they would refund me and maybe send me a pair of shoes. Vague response but good enough.
They then got stuck in a UPS warehouse in Portugal and it says they need customer info on the UPS page. I reached out just to give them a heads up that UPS might need info from them and no response. I waited a week and followed up expressing my frustration at the lack of responses and asking if they would send me a replacement and that I don’t need a refund and just radio silence.
I’m a small business owner and if a customer sent photo evidence that they received a used / not new product, I’d have a replacement sent out that day. If I don’t hear back from them in a week, I’ll do a chargeback I guess, which is so disappointing.
Just a heads up and word of warning.
