While browsing YouTube I saw someone playing a game called "the friends of ringo ishikawa" it's a beat 'em up RPG where you simply live the life of a Bancho in Japan (gang leader). You can go and fight, gradually develop the story with the characters, you can study so that your protagonist gets a scholarship; it's a pretty relaxing game if that's what you want, Anyway, I highly recommend it.
