Trying to use our one key cash we got as part of the credit card promotion a few months ago. Can't figure out how to make sure it's being used on a booking and so I call customer service. The guy says there's no filter!! I would have to click on every property. And so he searched and tells me he can't find a SINGLE property in ALL of Germany. What kind of company markets a scam like this?? Canceling the card and reporting this. Seems like a class action law suit waiting to happen. VRBO you need to get your act together. This is shameful
