No Refund on Spirit Savers Club
Capital one had denied my case to receive a prorated refund for my spirit airlines Savers club as they cannot render services for a yearly membership which was charged to my account just last month. I really though this would be an easy case but they’re are siding with Spirit based on “terms and conditions “ that I agreed to when I signed up- these of course don’t mention anything regarding Spirit going out of business.
I am canceling my credit card regardless of the fact that I just paid my $400 annual fee in March as I believe capital one will not support me or have my back in the event fraud or a scam which could potentially be in the tens of thousands.
I highly suggest you all consider remaining customers of a bank who refuses to use logic in the event for a dispute.
