Dont know what it is about these little suvs but i just cant help myself apparently. Found a '93 with only 68k on it! First order of business is that dang timing belt, that low mileage i bet it never got done, and service interval for the first one is 60k. And tie rods, the adjustment is seized, already got the inner, outer and adjustment rod. Some minor body rust but thats easy enough, you can still get brand new fenders for fairly cheap. And replacement shift knobs, ebay has oem new old stock. And a rear door lock that makes the door stuck closed if you lock it. Havent figured that one out yet. Buuut... It runs so good, and doesnt leak! And the rear split tailgate actually works! Those gas struts are still good. Oh the ac is cold too, man, even with no tint its keeping up with phoenix. Even get to slap one of those cool copper historic plates on it. I am absolutely giddy to have one again.
