Ok, Anxiety is hitting me in waves!

Its been a good day but, at 12:39 AM ,I have this feeling of instability,some anger turned inwards,episodes of bad memories hitting you up,exhaustion with cramming a lot of stuff, even family that could potentially be a negative influence for my studies,I repeat,i really repeat,if anyones going through the same,don't ever stop!!!

Don't ever stop!!Keep pushing forward!! Priorotize your peace,your targets, your ambitions over anything in the world!!!!!Don't stop running, crawl,wriggle, breath more,sky is the limit and this king shall rise again!

Inicet in 3 days, how are you all holding up? What's the end game plan of you guys?

I'll go myself first, my plan is to do all the short subjects and 1st and 2nd yr ones in last 5 days, also spam shit ton of pyq, look at epithelium, joints, scores, classifications, mile stones, vaccination shedule just before the exam.
