I am going to buy my first air rifle, in my country I can only get 4.5 mm/.177
I need a semi auto, that looks cool and is powerful. These are the two I have considered, and I hope you experts can help guide me.
•Hatsan bullmaster pcp.
I read that this gun has some issues with the semi auto action after a couple of hundred shots, are there some of you who can confirm if deny this?
I really like the design of this gun, it looks awesome, but I need something that doesn’t break after a year. I’m pretty handy and can probably do maintenance and cleaning when necessary.

I have read that this is better quality, and should work for many years, but to be honest I am a much bigger fan of how the bullmaster looks.
Maybe I can install some aftermarket parts to make it look cooler?
Maybe someone knows of another gun that combines the futuristic look with great quality, and also has semi auto? I am willing to spend a bit more money than these two models cost, but I haven’t found anything similar to the bullmaster at a higher price point with semi auto, that is available in Europe.
I also looked at the hatsan blitz and hatsan invader, are those better than the bullmaster?
